Accommodation:
Who can live in the building?
300 Robert Street caters to students, interns, and young professionals.
What is the rooming situation?/ What type of rooms are available?
300 Roberts disposes of 17 Rooms: 6 Single, 10 Doubles, and 1 Triple.
Is there a minimum stay?
We issue year long leases with opportunity for renewal.
Can I smoke in my room?
300 Roberts is a Smoke-Free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, including residence rooms.
Do you allow pets?
No, we do not.
What is the guest policy?
A guest may stay with a resident in a private room for a maximum of 3 nights. The resident is required to fill out a Guest Pass Request Form and pay $25/night for a guest pass.
What if I damage something?
The cost of repairing the damage will be deducted from your security deposit.Please see our Code of Conduct for more information.
What is the cancellation policy?
To ensure the integrity of your reservation, all cancellation requests MUST be received by 300 Robert Street through DocuSign or sent via certified or registered mail. Your request MUST be processed by DocuSign or via email/fax by 11:59 pm, Baltimore Time, or postmarked on or before the cancellation deadlines set forth below to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests processed or postmarked after the deadline or sent via a different method will result in NO REFUND of monies paid.
Cancellation deadlines by semester:
a. Fall Only Reservations - July 15.
b. 9 and 12 month Reservations - July 15.
c. Spring Only Reservations - Nov 15.
d. Summer Only Reservations - April 15.
Cancellations received or postmarked after the deadline will NOT receive refunds and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the reservation pursuant to the License Agreement. The guarantor will be responsible to guarantee payment pursuant to the License Agreement.

What is a guarantor?
A guarantor (usually a parent or guardian) is the person responsible for paying your rent in case you are unable to.
Do I need a guarantor?
Yes, you will need a guarantor to sign a contract. However, we offer services to assist with garauntors if you are unable to provide one.
What documents will the guarantor need?
A guarantor needs to provide a copy of a valid current photo ID and a completed Guarantor Form, which will be sent by the Housing Advisor. Current IDs (valid) are IDs issued by a city/state/federal agencies.
Services:
Are there cleaning and laundry services available?
Yes, we offer weekly cleaning of shared and common spaces as well as on-site laundry facilities.
Will I have access to WIFI?
Yes, all Uniquenest Living properties have XFINITY high-speed Internet and WIFI included.
Are meals included?
Uniquenest Living offers self-catering accomodation, however, there will be fresh bread and pastries available to all residents every morning.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes, we can arrange airport pick-up prior to your arrival as an added service.
